The thoughts we think about ourselves really do create our reality. Thats why it is so important that you get rid of those negative thoughts you have about yourself. Instead of always saying things like “I will never be good enough” or “Nobody loves me” start saying things like “I have what it takes” or “I am loved.” Really let those positive thoughts sink in, feel the emotions that come with them. Make them your reality.
